Hi, I’m Anna, the founder of Earthed Wellness. I'm a (soon to be) degree-qualified Naturopath with additional studies in Psychology and Yoga, blending these practices to create a nurturing, client-centered space for true health. I believe deeply in the mind-body connection and am passionate about helping individuals reconnect with their natural vitality through nature, food as medicine, and emotional balance.
Having walked my own journey with chronic health challenges, I know firsthand how overwhelming and confusing navigating the medical system can feel. This experience fuels my commitment to offering a space where you feel truly heard, supported, and empowered on your path to lasting wellness.
When I’m not with clients, you’ll often find me curled up with a fantasy romance novel (with my cat, Evie, usually close by!), swimming in the ocean, flowing through a yoga class, experimenting in the kitchen with nourishing meals, or simply soaking in the beauty of the natural world. These simple joys inspire my approach to health — grounded, compassionate, and rooted in the rhythms of life. At Earthed Wellness, I take a gentle, non-restrictive approach to nutrition that honours food freedom and supports sustainable, long-term health. It’s so easy to feel confused, overwhelmed, or burdened by diet culture and societal body expectations. My role is to help you reconnect with your body, rebuild trust in your internal cues, and move away from cycles of restriction and guilt. Whether you're supporting your hormones, healing your gut, or working through disordered eating patterns, we'll focus on nourishment, not restriction — creating a more balanced and intuitive relationship with food that supports both your physical health and emotional wellbeing.
