Frequently asked questions.

What is Naturopathy?

Naturopathy is a holistic approach to health that aims to treat the root cause of illness and support the body’s natural healing processes using evidence-informed nutrition, lifestyle changes, herbal medicine, and supplements.

What conditions do you support?

I commonly support people experiencing hormonal imbalances, menstrual irregularities, anxiety, digestive concerns (like bloating and reflux), low energy, disordered eating patterns, and overall stress. If you’re unsure if I can help, feel free to contact me.

Do you only see women?

No — I welcome anyone seeking support, especially people with menstrual cycles, regardless of gender identity. Earthed Wellness is an inclusive and body-affirming practice.

What happens during a Naturopathy consult?

Your first consult involves a deep dive into your health story — including your symptoms, lifestyle, nutrition, stress, menstrual cycle, and relevant history. We’ll then create a tailored treatment plan using food, lifestyle guidance, herbs, and/or supplements to support your wellbeing.

How long are appointments?

  • Initial consult: 60 minutes.

  • Return consult: 30, 45 and 60 minutes options.

Timings can vary slightly based on your needs.

Where are you located?

I offer in person consultations at a beautiful space on 1160 Toorak Road, Camberwell, Victoria, 3124.

Do you offer online appointments?

Yes! I offer both in-person appointments in Camberwell (Melbourne) and online consultations for clients across Australia.

Can I claim through private health insurance?

Some private health funds may offer rebates for naturopathy. Please check with your provider to confirm eligibility.

Do you work with eating disorders?

Yes — I offer gentle, trauma-informed support for people recovering from disordered eating. I do not replace medical or psychological care, but I can work collaboratively as part of your recovery team.

Do you offer functional testing?

Yes, I offer a range of functional testing options where appropriate, including hormone panels, hair tissue mineral analysis (HTMA), GIT microbiome mapping, complete digestive stool analysis (CDSA) and more. These tests can provide deeper insight into underlying health imbalances and are discussed on a case-by-case basis during your consultation. If functional testing is relevant to your health goals, I’ll talk you through the options, costs, and how results may guide your personalised treatment plan.
